Achievement of Naisha Bajaj

“The five S’s of sports training are: stamina, speed, strength, skill, and spirit; but the greatest of these is spirit.” —Ken Doherty

Naisha Bajaj of Grade X from Delhi School of Excellence, Banjara Hills showed grit, determination and spirit in bagging the first place in the 2nd Open Indian International Kickboxing Tournament held in Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi. She achieved this marvellous position in the Kicklight Category (69 kg category) by defeating the player from Jordan. The second runner up was from South Korea. In the Light Contact Category (69 kg category), she won the second position. It was indeed a proud moment for the school when she accomplished this stupendous achievement. She was ably trained by her coach Master Suresh Patil from Iskimos Kickboxing Academy. Her training schedule included sparring, weight training, circuit training and cardio kickboxing. Her strict adherence to a healthy food that included a protein diet brought her the coveted positions. DSE Banjara Hills congratulates her and wishes her the best for her future.
