Fun Trip to Zoo-PP-Grade 4

The real wealth of the Nation lies in the resources of the earth – soil, water, forests, minerals, and wildlife.” – Rachel Wilson

A field trip to a zoo is a great way for students to observe animals and feel a connection with wildlife. The students of Pre-Primary to Grade IV of Delhi School of Excellence, Banjara Hills had an amazing experience of visiting the Zoo Park on 21st October, 2022. It was as much an educational tour as it was a fun trip where the students could see diverse animals that are found in the wild in different parts of the world such as the giraffe, hippopotamus from Africa and birds from the Amazon forest, rhinoceros and tigers from India, etc. Some of the youngest children had the incredible experience of visiting a zoo for the first time. They had a great time bonding with the students of other grades and also enjoying a train ride in the zoo. Their excitement was palpable right from the beginning of the trip. They shared their snacks and enjoyed themselves thoroughly.
