Preprimary – Grandparents’ Day Celebrations

“A grandparent is a little bit parent, a little bit teacher, and a little bit best friend.”

The enthusiasm of little children of Pre-Primary in Delhi School of Excellence, Banjara Hills was very much palpable when they celebrated Grandparents’ Day with their beloved grandparents. The myriad events such a ramp walk, stringing beads to make necklaces, games, drawings and dances were thoroughly enjoyable to all. The program showcased the loving bond and unconditional love between grandparents and grandchildren. In her address Principal Ms. Veena Murthy spoke about the enormous contributions of the grandparents in shaping the future of the little ones. The grandparents were both proud and happy to see their grandchildren in the events and expressed their happiness in participating in the program. They also thanked the school and the teachers for organizing the program so well.
