Republic Day Celebrations 2023

Republic Day Celebrations in Delhi School of Excellence, Banjara Hills was celebrated with zeal, enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The program started with the welcoming of the dignitaries Ms Shashikala Academic Director, DSE Group of Institutions, Principal Ms Veena Murthy, Headmistress Ms Anasuya, Coordinators Ms Rimpa and Ms Kavita, teachers and the students. Ms Shashikala, accompanied by Ms Veena unfurled the national flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem. Ms Puja Kak, HOD of Social Science and Bhavya Rathi, a student of Grade VII gave eloquent speeches about the significance of the Republic Day, the principles of the Indian Constitution and the theme of this year ‘Jan Bhagidhari’. The sacrifice of the freedom fighters was also spoken about with warmth. A plethora of programs such as patriotic songs by students and teachers enthralled everyone. A dance by students to a medley of popular patriotic songs was the highlight of the program.
