World Heritage Day is celebrated every year on 18th April to raise public awareness about the diversity of cultural heritage and importance of preserving this heritage for the generations ahead. This year, Grade 9C students tried to place special emphasis on the significance of not narrowing down history into a one-line definition and a few famous locations, because it is the culture and beliefs of our people that make up heritage. Heritage is ubiquitous and it is our job to preserve it, man-made or natural.
